3D CAD Rendering
With the aid of CAD software, we will provide clients with aesthetic, and 3D photo-realistic rendering in different combinations of colours, textures, lighting, and backgrounds.

Concept Prototyping
Base on the concept drawings, we will use a variety of materials and techniques to build a real, and tangible product model for our clients to see and hold.
Note: We can provide a short 3D animation of the product at the request of the customer.

With our Team of Design Engineers, the initial concept will be modified and refined in different areas to improve the practicality and the usability of the product.

Structural Design
Base on the type of product applications, and functions, we will create suitable structural designs which include interior components integration, and fastening features that will improve both the reliability of the structure and the functionality of the product.

Simulation & Analysis
Using FEA (Finite Element Analysis), CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics), and Structural Analysis, for performance and safety optimizations.

FUNCTIONAL PROTOTYPE

Functional Testing
Conducting modular testing to test against the initial specification requirements and to verify the functionalities of each mechanical and electrical component through a variety of test case scenarios.

Schematic Design
With professional E-CAD software, we will design a digital/analog system with suitable components to ensure the efficiency, functionalities and the signal and power integrity of the system.
03.
PCB Layout
EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) will always be difficult challenges as signal propagation speed reaches the Giga-hertz range. Our team specializes in handling high-speed signals such as MIPI-CSI, MIPI-DSI, PCI, HDMI, EDP, USB3.0 etc.
We are also capable to design multi-layer PCBs with blind and buried vias.
Functional Prototype
04.
Construction of the functional prototype, by integrating the electrical and the mechanical parts of the product. A number of prototyping stages will be taken to consolidate the final working prototype.

Adjusting the final structural and electrical design including mould and tooling design, electrical parts, and material selection to improve the manufacturability of the product and to reduce the cost for manufacturing.
